Sabre/DCS/i3 (SDI) Joint Venture Awarded Prime ITES-3S Contract by the U.S. Army

The Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI) awarded a prime contract to the Sabre/DCS/i3 (SDI) Joint Venture comprised of Sabre Systems, Inc., DCS Corp., and Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) for the enterprise wide Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract. The ITES-3S is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a $12.1 billion ceiling and a nine-year total period of performance with a five-year base and four one-year option periods.

The ITES-3S contract award allows SDI access to task orders, which cover a full range of services and solutions to support the Army enterprise IT infrastructure worldwide. The technical scope of the contract includes Cybersecurity Services, IT Services, Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation, Network Systems Operation and Maintenance, Telecommunications Systems Operation and Maintenance, Business Process Reengineering, IT Supply Chain Management, and IT Education and Training.

Sabre/DCS/i3 (SDI) Awarded Program and Systems Services (PASS) Contract

The Army Contracting Command-NJ issued Sabre/DCS/i3 (SDI), a joint venture with support from over 30 subcontractors, a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) to provide Program and Systems Services. The total maximum dollar value (Program Ceiling) for all Task Orders placed under this vehicle is $495,737,307.91. PASS supports the mission of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) 6.8 Corporate Business Office (CBO), its successor and its customers.

The scope of the contract provides for total integrated life cycle management activities for Project, Program and Portfolio (PPP) Management; Business, Cost Estimating and Financial Management; Life Cycle Logistics (Integrated Product Support); Systems Engineering; Business Improvement; Business Analytics; Modeling and Simulation Management; Test and Evaluation; Information Technology; Facilitation, Education and Training; Technical Editor, Writing and Illustration; and Physical Security Operations including efforts required for moving to an enterprise-wide, life cycle alignment of resources and outputs to achieve top-down performance driven outcomes for all DoD Commands, Agencies, Field Activities, all other organizational DoD entities, including Medical, and their partners for both CONUS / OCONUS sites. Sabre Forms JV with DCS Corporation and i3

Systems, Inc. has partnered with DCS Corporation and Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3)  to form a Joint Venture (JV), for the purpose of pursuing and executing performance within the Program and Systems Support (PASS) program.

PASS services will include the Department of Defense (DoD) Decision Support System that ensures effective interaction between Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), the Acquisition System, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.  It will support all DoD Commands, Agencies, Field Activities, all other organizational DoD entities, including Medical, and their partners, United States Coast Guard (USCG) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

Sabre will perform as managing partner for the JV which, in partnership with a team of specialized subcontractors, will be developing a proposal for services in response to the PASS solicitation.
